Shipping Policy

National and international shipments will be made through CORREOS España, a company outside CIRCA PIERCING that assumes the commitment to deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct and complete shipping address when making the purchase.

All orders, except for personalized ones, are prepared within 24 business hours from order confirmation. This may vary during sales or promotion seasons. Note: shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.

SPAIN:

-For purchases over €50 certified shipping with tracking FREE.

-For purchases of less than €50, the cost of the certified shipping with tracking will be €5.

REST OF THE WORLD:

-For purchases over €100 certified shipping with tracking FREE worldwide.

-For purchases of less than €100, the cost of certified shipping with tracking will be €10 worldwide.

Delivery times:

-National peninsular orders with standard or certified shipping will arrive in 2-10 business days.

-Orders to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take between 7-20 business days.

-International orders may take between 7-30 business days depending on the country of destination.

-Delivery times may vary depending on the country if destination and/or CORREOS Spain issues and delays. 

Possible customs expenses will always be borne by the client, and CIRCA PIERCING will not be responsible for possible delays and/or withholdings derived from customs procedures.
